About Me!
My name is Sydney Downard, I am an undergraduate freshman at the University of Tennessee studying Communications. I have always been interested in Public Relations, Event Planning, and Journalism. I intend to pursue a degree in PR with hopes to open my own firm.
I have been employed since 2022, with no major gaps in my resume. Most recently, I worked as a lifeguard at Chester Frost Lake in Hixson, Tennessee. I feel as though that this job helped me with my strengths in customer service, attention to detail, and communication skills.
I am prepared to take on real-world problems using my learned strengths. When it comes to different job opportunities, I am willing to take on many different responsibilities. There are many different skills that I have that I am excited to show through these different responsibilities.
